DEFINITIONS

RENTUJEMY – Rentujemy Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, Poland, together with its 100% subsidiary R J M Y Vacation Home Rental LLC, registered in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

Client lub Guest - a natural or legal person with legal capacity within the meaning of the Civil Code, entering into a contract with RENTUJEMY.

Listing is a description or offer of accommodation available for rent. It contains all the relevant information that potential guests should know before making a reservation. The purpose of a listing is to present the offer in a clear, attractive, and detailed manner.

Accommodation used refers to a situation where a reserved Listing was prepared, blocked, and available exclusively to the Guest, even if the Guest did not physically use it, did not stay there, did not check in, or left the property before the planned end of their stay. Nevertheless, the reservation blocked the possibility of renting the property to other people.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

RENTUJEMY declares that it is authorized to provide temporary rental services for apartments and houses for short-term stays by Guests.

Dear Guests, by staying with us, you accept our terms and conditions.

The Terms and Conditions set out the conditions under which apartments can be booked and rented, as well as the conditions of stay. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the booking.

SEARCHING FOR RENTUJEMY LISTINGS

You can search for RENTUJEMY Services using criteria such as listing type, travel destination, travel dates, and number of guests. You can also use filters to refine your search results. Search results are based on their relevance to your search and other criteria. Relevance takes into account factors such as price, availability, reviews, customer service and cancellation history, popularity, previous trips and saved listings, listing requirements (e.g., minimum or maximum number of nights), and more.

RESERVATION OF RENTUJEMY LISTINGS

When you book a Listing, you agree to pay all fees for your reservation, including the Listing price, applicable fees such as the RENTUJEMY service fee, taxes, and other items specified when finalizing your reservation (collectively, the “Total Price”). If you choose to pay in a currency other than the currency set by RENTUJEMY for its Listing, the price displayed to you is based on the exchange rate determined by us.

You also agree that RENTUJEMY, through the STRIPE payment service or another payment service, may charge the Payment Method (as defined in the Payment Terms) used to reserve the Listing in order to collect amounts due under the Claim for Compensation.

When you receive your booking confirmation, the contract for the Service (“Booking”) is concluded directly between you and RENTUJEMY. By making a Reservation, you agree to the terms of the agreement. The terms of the agreement include these Terms, all terms of the Reservation, including but not limited to the cancellation policy, and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements set forth in the Listing or during the completion of the Reservation that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms of agreement, including these Terms and all terms of the Reservation, including all rules, standards, policies, and requirements before making a Reservation for a Listing.
Reservation of Listings is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the Listing. RENTUJEMY reserves the right to re-enter the Listing during your stay, to the extent that: (I) it is reasonable, (II) it is permitted by your agreement with RENTUJEMY, and (III) it is permitted by applicable law. If you remain after check-out, RENTUJEMY has the right to order you to leave in a manner permitted by applicable law, including by imposing reasonable penalties for extending your stay. You may not exceed the maximum number of Guests permitted.
